As a Service Desk Expert, you will provide advanced technical support, resolve complex IT issues, and ensure efficient service delivery by guiding users and mentoring support staff. This role has a direct impact on employee productivity, customer satisfaction, and the efficiency of critical healthcare and innovation systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities in Windows OS, Healthcare IT solutions, Microsoft 365, VPN, and network connectivity
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow or others
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, remote desktop tools, and Radiology workflow
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks (incident, request, problem management)
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Industry certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Oracle, or similar
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Patience, empathy, and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong team player who values collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic and evolving IT environment
