Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role
- Strong troubleshooting abilities in Windows OS, Healthcare IT solutions, Microsoft 365, VPN, and network connectivity
- Hands-on experience with ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow or others
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, remote desktop tools, and Radiology workflow
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks (incident, request, problem management)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Industry certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Oracle, or similar
- Proficiency in Spanish and English
- Patience, empathy, and ability to remain calm under pressure
