As Service Manager at Truston, you will be responsible for delivering, setting up, monitoring, and managing the service delivery of Truston to its customers in the pension market. You will monitor processes, coordinate incident resolution, and optimize service processes and systems.
Requirements
- Experience at a Managed Services and/or a management organization
- Knowledge and practical experience with ITIL processes
- Experience with ITSM application(s), preferably ServiceNow
- Experience with audit processes and demonstrating existence and functioning
- Experience with managing customer expectations
- Experience in effectively de-escalating situations
- Experience in improving processes
