Requirements

  • Experience in a Managed Services and/or a management organization
  • Knowledge and practical experience with ITIL processes
  • Experience with ITSM applications, preferably ServiceNow
  • Experience with audit processes and making the existence and operation evident
  • Experience with managing customer expectations
  • Experience in effectively de-escalating situations
  • Experience in improving processes
