Deliver, set up, monitor, and manage service delivery of Truston to its customers in the pension market.
Requirements
- Experience in a Managed Services and/or management organization
- Knowledge and practical experience with ITIL processes
- Experience with ITSM application(s), preferably ServiceNow
- Experience with audit processes and demonstrating existence and operation
- Managing customer expectations
- Improving processes
- Knowledge of pension processes is an advantage
