Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer (CSM) to join their dynamic team, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) certification
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (preferred)
  • ITIL v3 Foundations Certification is a plus
  • Strong experience in hosting and facilitating SCRUM sessions with development teams
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively
