Service Now Developer - ITSM

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow ITSM Developer who can contribute to our team’s success. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will perform configuration, development, support, and maintenance, working with external and internal stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver digital transformation solutions through all the ITSM applications.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ServiceNow Certified ITSM Implementation
• 2+ ServiceNow Micro-Certification
• CIS ITOM (Preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• At least three years of experience designing, developing, and supporting technology infrastructure.
• At least three years of ServiceNow development.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
• Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and static/dynamic translations
• Expertise across advanced ServiceNow ITSM applications and understanding of other applications such as CSM and ITOM.
• Strong command of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Glide scripting for ServiceNow development and customization.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
