Service Now Engineer

As a ServiceNow Engineer at Comcast, you will be part of the team that builds new business applications, process automation, and business insight capabilities that enable operational excellence for our technology and business organizations.

Requirements

• Supports the architecture, design, development, qualification, and deployment of applications
• Works with engineering project management and principle engineers to deliver applications
• Develops and applies performance and bandwidth models for interactive applications
• Defines and documents a detailed design to meet technical requirements and architecture
• Assists in vendor technical selection and management
• Interfaces with outside teams in the development of internal and third-party software
• Supports operations by providing deployment and sustained engineering support for all responsible systems and technologies
