ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB Consultant will build and manage Service Mapping to make all ServiceNow applications service-aware using the CSDM framework, integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and data sources, and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the CMDB.
Requirements
- Ability to map complex relationships between services, applications, and underlying infrastructure components
- Experience with ITOM, CSDM, CMDB, and Service Maps
- Knowledge of APIs, web services, and OOB connectors
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to discovery process, data mapping, Service Mapping, and CMDB accuracy
