DXC Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to support the implementation and use of ServiceNow, including configuration, tailoring, and coaching to meet unique business requirements. The role involves designing and shaping the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform, implementing complex functionalities, and producing technical documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an IT developer
- 3 years' experience on ServiceNow
- Experience in consulting external customers
- Strong experience in the full life cycle of Software Development
- Experience in system performance analysis and documentation
- Extensive experience on technical implementations of various ServiceNow modules
- In Depth knowledge on ITSM application processes
- Mastering web technologies like JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML with ServiceNow
- Scripting proficiency in ServiceNow' Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI policies, Access Control, Validation Scripts, background scripts
- Fluent in English and German
