The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within ServiceNow and have a strong background in ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
Requirements
- Over 5+ years of working experience in ServiceNow
- 3+ years' experience implementing, administering and optimizing ServiceNow Discovery and additional discovery tools
- Solid understanding of Configuration Management practices and principles
- Experience implementing ServiceNow Service Mapping
- ITIL foundations certification preferred
