We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions focusing on Sales and Order Management SOM applications and the Technology Media and Telecommunications TMT industry specific suite.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow solutions
- Proven expertise in implementing various ServiceNow applications, including platform capabilities like flows, integrations, and data modelling
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, including ITSM, ITOM, Service Portal, CSM, and industry suite specialized applications such as SOM or OMT or TMT
