ServiceNow Architect & Development Manager - Enterprise Technology

Blackstone is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect & Development Manager to lead the development of technical standards and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collaboration and leadership, with expertise in ServiceNow development and architecture. The role will involve establishing development best practices, promoting the use of ServiceNow as a general software development platform, and managing the program globally.

Requirements

• 8+ years in a corporate IT environment with a medium to large deployment of ServiceNow
• 3+ years as a Developer Manager and Architect
• Expert in ServiceNow development and architecture with proficiency in JavaScript, Python, SQL, Web Services and GIT
• Strong verbal/written communication
• Demonstrated significant leadership experience
• Project management experience
• A self-starting, entrepreneurial attitude
• A desire to be a part of and grow a great team and organization
• The passion to learn, grow, and improve our business
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
• Ability to work within complex systems and large data sets
• Major in Software Engineering or Computer Science
