Requirements

• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) certification
• Strong experience in hosting and facilitating SCRUM sessions with development teams
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the ServiceNow ecosystem
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams
• Experience in Health & Safety compliance is a plus
