ServiceNow Business Analyst - TS Clearance - Onsite

Bravium Consulting is a dynamic and rapidly growing firm specializing in technology and management consulting for both public and private sector clients. We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst with an active TS Clearance who can work on-site at the client location to support successful ServiceNow implementations across various modules.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance
• Must be able to work on-site at the client location
• 3+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow implementations, preferably within federal or public sector environments
• Hands-on familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, HAM, and SAM
• Prior experience working in classified or air-gapped environments
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, ideally in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project management on federal contracts or programs
