We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to work for a global telco leader. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to business services and processes in financial and global GBS area.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Knowledge about methodology and experience in analysis with the background of the ServiceNow platform
- Any experience in project management implementing BPM solutions
- Understanding of low-coding platform
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to facilitate conversations with business stakeholders
- Ability to manage of multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Experience with process quality methodology, agile methodology and cooperation within software/products delivery process
- Competence in project management and agile supervision tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
- Communicative French
