ServiceNow Certified Master Architect

At Credence, we are looking for a highly motivated, ServiceNow Certified Master Architect to support the growth of our ServiceNow Practice and delivery capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including platform architecture and enterprise module implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including platform architecture and enterprise module implementation.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven expertise in deploying modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SAM, SPM, HR, Security, Automation Engine, and CMDB.
• Experience integrating AI technologies into ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with federal standards and requirements, including compliance frameworks.
• Experience with DevSecOps methodologies working with ServiceNow Platform.
• ServiceNow Master Architect Certification.
• Additional Industry certifications such as PMP, Cloud etc.
