ServiceNow CMDB Developer

We are seeking skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developers with experience Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to join our dynamic collaboration team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing ServiceNow CMDB solutions and possess a comprehensive understanding of other ServiceNow modules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with at least 1-2 years focusing on CMDB
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its core modules (CSM, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
• Experience with ServiceNow integration (REST, SOAP, APIs) and data migration
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
