Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Oversee data governance, define the structure of the configuration management system, and improve incident and problem management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in managing a CMDB in ServiceNow.
  • Experience building CMDB in the technology industry or within technical groups within a large, global organisation.
  • Experience with ServiceNow configuration management and Service Mapping.
  • A strong understanding of IT infrastructure and data management principles.
