Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) in ServiceNow, overseeing data governance, defining configuration management system structure, and supervising mapping and discovery activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in managing a CMDB in ServiceNow
  • Experience building CMDB in the technology industry or within technical groups within a large, global organisation
  • Experience with ServiceNow configuration management and Service Mapping
  • A strong understanding of IT infrastructure and data management principles
