ServiceNow Consultant

As a ServiceNow Consultant at Solvinity, you will manage multiple IT projects and be responsible for realizing the contracted scope, planning, deadlines, and budget. You will have a leading and guiding role in realizing project deliverables and be the first point of contact for the client regarding the ongoing projects.

Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level
• At least 5 years of relevant Project Management work experience
• At least 10 years of experience with ServiceNow and/or TOPdesk, in which you are familiar with implementations and connections
• Prince2 Professional and/or IPMA C/D and/or PMI certified
• Technically well-versed
• Socially skilled in guiding and supervising project employees
• Strong in formulating plans, advice, and reports
• Persuasive, networker, communicative in both Dutch and English in word and writing
• Client-oriented, initiative-taking, and you have courage
• Stress-resistant and able to set the right priorities
