Requirements
- Degree from a School of Engineers or equivalent Higher Education
- Significant experience as a Lead Tech or Architect on ServiceNow
- Master of the ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps (as needed) modules
- Good knowledge of continuous development chains and quality measurement tools
