Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field
- 3-4 years of demonstrated hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development
- 2-3 years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, REST and SOAP Integrations
- 2+ years of experience working on CMDB and Asset modules in ServiceNow tool utilizing the CSDM modelling
- Prior experience in implementing HAM, HAM Pro and SAM
- 2+ years of experience in successful implementation of the ServiceNow discovery tool
- Strong background/ working knowledge of various protocols like SNMP, SSH, WMI
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, Service Mapping, Discovery, Event Management or Software Asset Management)
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall in a large organization
- Keen at problem-solving, excellent at communicating (both written and oral) and have strong interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Proactive and take initiative to identify and recommend improvements when required
- Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity
