The ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules to enhance IT service management within the organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and modules, particularly Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, XML, and related web technologies
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist certification is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively working with cross-functional teams
