We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to assist with an implementation of ServiceNow applications and provide technical insight in designing and supporting ServiceNow while aligning to service management best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
- 5 years of experience supporting the development, implementation, administration, and configuration of the ServiceNow tool or equivalent
- Strong working knowledge of various ServiceNow components such as ServiceNow Scripting, Service Desk, Change Management, Incident Management, Asset Management, Problem Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management
