ServiceNow Developer

Sopra Steria is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to help with implementation of processes in ServiceNow, design and creation of feeding interfaces, setup API integration, analysis and creation of automated exports, analysis and configuration of email interfaces, workflow design, and migration of existing tools to ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science
• ServiceNow Certified (Development)
• Experience with ServiceNow Workflows, Automations and Integrations
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional/technical ServiceNow solutions
• Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
• Experience leading and collaborating with teams across local, nearshore and offshore locations
• A clear passion for ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
• Strong communication, explanation, and presentation skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in English and Dutch/French
