Cloudera is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and custom applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and/or HRSD modules
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, etc.)
- Understanding of web services (REST/SOAP) and integration methods (e.g., LDAP, SSO)
- Experience working with ServiceNow’s reporting and dashboard capabilities
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and ServiceNow best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
