ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on development experience to join our growing team.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands-on development experience in the ServiceNow Platform
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS, and jQuery or other front-end frameworks
• Experience with data modeling and relational databases, including designing table relationships and database views
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and integration development within ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of core ServiceNow modules like Incident, Change, Problem, Request, CMDB, Software & Hardware asset management
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with update sets, code migration, and instance management
• Solid understanding of ITIL and Service Management principles
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and eliciting requirements
