- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 4 years IT application experience
- 3+ years of development experience with ServiceNow
- Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow core platform, scripting, data load, JDBC connections
- Strong knowledge in ITSM, ITOM
- Experience in customizing ServiceNow Mobile app and portal
- Experience with integrating applications with ServiceNow
- CSA certified is added value
