- ServiceNow Certification
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development
- 3+ years of experience in developing SQL queries/commands and strong understanding of database structures
- Experience with Agile methodology, AngularJS, Apache, Glide, and/or Jelly Scripting
- Hands-on experience with Web Services Integration including SOAP, REST, and JSON
- System/Process Automation (Orchestration)
- Excellent communication skills
