The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ServiceNow development and be capable of independently designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a significant focus on ServiceNow platform development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant certifications preferred.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, and others.
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP web services and other integration methodologies.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow's Service Portal, Mobile, and Scoped Applications. (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, App Engine Development)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Knowledge of database concepts, preferably SQL.
