As a ServiceNow Engineer at LivePerson, you will work on developing custom solutions to ease internal processes, automating tasks, and simplifying workflows. You will be responsible for configuring ServiceNow instances, integrating with other systems, and providing technical support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in coding on Java, Json, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, XML.
- 1+ years ServiceNow Developer with implementation certifications.
- 1+ years ServiceNow Administrator experience.
- Experience in developing integrations (interfacing) of 3rd party systems with ServiceNow using ServiceNow Integration Hub, Flow Designer, REST API / Webhook / SOAP and other methods.
- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Knowledge base,Twilio Notify Plugin for On-call Escalation, Ticket Management, SLA, Performance Analytics, Major Incident Workbench, Service Operations Workspace, Service Portfolio Management, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features in ITSM.
- Basic knowledge of CMDB structure, transform maps and import tables.
- Must be adaptable to work in a varied, fast-paced exciting, ever-changing environment
- Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology (Atlassian tools) as part of a full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, and Release Rollout.
- Experience with scripting in ServiceNow (Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Flow Designer workflow’s scripted actions, etc.)
- Experience with SQL (Structured Query Language) and relational database administration.
- Basic knowledge and experience with Predictive Intelligence and Virtual Agent configuration.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a similar technical discipline, or comparable industry experience.
