ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain Business Process Consultant

A Business Process Consultant (BPC) in Finance & Supply Chain Solutions will consult with customers and guide them in transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements of ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain Product Line. The role will involve process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis, as well as leading customers in design workshops and supporting them in implementing ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

• At least 8+ years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations in the Finance, Supply Chain and/or Source-to-Pay operations/technology departments
• ServiceNow certifications such as a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification, and Finance & Supply Chain related Solution Accreditations
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in Finance, Supply Chain and/or Source-to-Pay organizations, while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems
• Strong understanding with leading Finance, Supply Chain and/or Source-to-Pay related systems and tools such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Oracle Procurement Cloud, etc.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills (proficiency in Visio, Word and PowerPoint)
• Experience in providing Knowledge-Centered Service / Support using technologies
