We are looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to support our client’s HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementation and optimization. The consultant will focus on refining workflows, enhancing automation, and integrating with third-party HR systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow HRSD.
- Strong knowledge of HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (APIs, MID Server, third-party HR systems).
- Understanding of security and compliance in HR service delivery.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize HRSD workflows.
- Experience working with Nuvolo FSM or similar field service management tools.
