The ServiceNow Implementation Specialist will support the customer, U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), in Omaha Nebraska. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS), Customer Service Management (CSM), and related ServiceNow modules.
Requirements
- A current TS clearance with SCI eligibility
- Possess certifications as directed by DoDD 8140.x
- Proven experience in leading full life cycle ServiceNow implementations
- Possess the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Possess 2 or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10+ years of professional experience; or 8+ years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree
