The ServiceNow Platform Administrator will support the DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model. The position involves monitoring health, usage, operations, and performance of the ServiceNow instances, managing the patch and upgrade cycle, and overseeing the development pipeline. The ideal candidate has experience with agile methodology, ServiceNow Platform Administration, and cloud ServiceNow instances.
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience related to the role
- An active DoD secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related technical discipline
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator or Certified ServiceNow Developer
- Meet 8570/8140 DoD Cyber Workforce Compliance requirement
