Cask is seeking a Platform Administrator to provide technical expertise to support customers' implementations of products developed on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, 3+ years of other business experience, and knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, SSL, SAML/SSO, and other such technologies.
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- 3+ years of other business experience
- Ability to influence stakeholders and other team members in a consultative fashion
- Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, SSL, SAML/SSO, and other such technologies
- Demonstrated ability to consult and support (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) while providing assistance in solving business processes and/or technical problems and communicating this information effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Angular JS, etc.) and experience working in a SaaS environment
