We are looking for an experienced Platform Architect to join our ServiceNow team. As a key player in designing, implementing, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform, you will be responsible for ensuring a sustainable architecture and adapting the platform to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Long-term experience of working with ServiceNow, preferably in an architect role
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform functionality, modules, and integration possibilities
- Experience of designing scalable and sustainable solutions within ServiceNow
- Good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and agile working methods
- Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent
- Fluent Swedish and English, both in speech and writing
