We are looking for a ServiceNow Platform & Integrations Engineer to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. The successful candidate will help lead the ServiceNow platform, providing technical guidance to internal customers and ensuring the platform runs efficiently and reliably. The role involves platform governance, innovation and automation, data quality management, and user experience and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Proficiency: Expertise in using ServiceNow modules and tools
- IT Operations: ITIL Basic or Intermediate (ITIL Certification will be a plus)
- Vendor Management: Ability to work well in an outsourced environment with a competent technical team to bring transformations and key projects to life
- Technical mastery: Must have a technical background, preferably in cloud/platform solutions and integrations, with a proven ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and a desire to try technology hands-on
- Data Management: Knowledge of data governance, quality assessment, and analytics
- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively at various levels of the organization. Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Agile Methodologies: Good understanding of Agile frameworks and practices
- Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying issues and implementing solutions quickly and efficiently
- Passion for learning and staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the area of workflow management products
