ServiceNow Platform & Integrations Engineer

We are looking for a ServiceNow Platform & Integrations Engineer to help lead the technology in the organization, providing technical guidance to internal customers and ensuring the platform runs efficiently and reliably. The role involves driving sustainable productivity, delivering upgrades and releases, and ensuring seamless system integrations to enable process automation.

Requirements

• Expertise in using ServiceNow modules and tools
• ITIL Basic or Intermediate certification
• Technical background in cloud/platform solutions and integrations
• Knowledge of data governance, quality assessment, and analytics
• Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively at various levels of the organization
• Good understanding of Agile frameworks and practices
