ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant (m/w/d)

As a ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by ServiceNow products, designing and constructing interfaces across platforms, and providing consulting support to projects. You will also be responsible for interacting with C-Suite Executives, interviewing customers, and leading non-technical discussions to define objectives that ServiceNow can address. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales experience and be fluent in German and English.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6-10 years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales experience
• Fluent German and English
• Good technical infrastructure performance modeling and benchmarking skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to deal with and resolve ambiguity
• Willingness to travel
