The Principal Technical Consultant provides guidance to customers on ServiceNow processes and automation, develops solutions, and supports engagement efforts. They advise customers on using ServiceNow to improve business processes, complete documentation, and provide technical expertise on best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow
- 4+ years of experience with common web technologies and networking
- Ability to work remotely and with remote resources as needed
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification required
- ServiceNow Application Developer Certification required
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in four or more applications required
