Exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Product Owner to lead the strategic direction, development, and optimization of our ServiceNow teams priorities across the platform.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain DHS EOD
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including implementation, administration, or development.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM and SPM • Experience working with ServiceNow development teams, defining requirements, and delivering solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), PMP, or other relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and related tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps) is a plus • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and service management principles.
