We are seeking a ServiceNow Product & Platform Owner to lead and drive the direction, roadmap, and development of the ServiceNow Enterprise platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the platform, ensuring data security and privacy, and delivering expert advice and service to customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow as an Enterprise platform lead or Product Owner
- Experience with the end-to-end product management lifecycle, including defining and realising a future roadmap and managing commercial aspects
- Ability to lead through influence and champion the work that you deliver throughout the business
- Sufficient technical knowledge to understand and debate solutions and sizing of work
- Understanding of the needs of users and the opportunities to meet these
- Ability to set direction to a team and be challenged on this in a collaborative manner
