ISG is looking for a ServiceNow Program Manager to lead the client's ServiceNow strategy and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years in project management, with the last 3 years being in program management, and 2-3 ServiceNow implementations.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5-8 years in project management, with the last 3 years being in program management
- 2-3 ServiceNow Implementations; familiarity across all the modules (ITSM, CSM, SPM, SecOps)
- Strong experience with ServiceNow, from a PM Standpoint- CSM, ITSM
- Experience working in both an Agile and Waterfall methodology environment
- A strong ability to multi-task, from solving problems, and keeping a positive environment while under pressure
- Strong Leadership -this candidate should be equal parts of strategy and hype
- Strong Organizational skills given they will be leading multiple programs and projects at the same time
