Requirements
- 8-12 years of business-related experience
- 5 years in technology Project/Program management
- Highly desired Agile Project Management principles and experience
- Strategic planning, resource allocation, and monitoring of project process
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong facilitation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to assess and mitigate risk
- Experience leading and motivating a team
- Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and change
