We are seeking a ServiceNow Release Manager to join our team at Kyndryl. As a ServiceNow Release Manager, you will be responsible for managing the release process for our clients, including analyzing problems, offering solutions, and testing, modifying, automating, and integrating systems. You will also be involved in long-range strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operational execution. Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Release Management Tools
  • Release Management Tools Like JIRA, ServiceNow
  • Software Development Lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies. Change Management.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
  • Configuration Management Familiarity with configuration management tools and practices.
  • Quality Assurance Understanding of QA processes and how they integrate with release management.
  • Automation: Experience with automation tools and techniques to streamline release processes (Digital.AI.)
  • IT Infrastructure: Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
