CLS is seeking a ServiceNow Service Manager to provide strategic oversight and ownership for the design, development, modification, and implementation of mid- and long-term solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have advanced experience in configuring/implementing/developing ServiceNow functionality and technical knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM functional area.

Requirements

  • Advanced experience in configuring/implementing/developing ServiceNow functionality
  • Technical knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM functional area
  • Experience working with customers to gather business requirements and develop a technical solution design
  • Experience designing business functions, processes and information flow within ServiceNow or between ServiceNow and other business systems

Requirements Summary

5-7 years of experience with ServiceNow Development or Management, ITIL Foundations Certification, and experience with ITIL processes and service management best practices
