ServiceNow Technical Consultant - IRM (6 month contract)

As a Technical Consultant for Wrangu, you will provide consulting services and hands-on delivery of technical aspects for ServiceNow implementations, specialising in Integrated Risk Management (IRM).

Requirements

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring IRM solutions within the ServiceNow platform
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (or the ability to gain certifications immediately)
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM modules: Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Regulatory Change Management, Audit Management, and Advanced Audit
• Strong technical skills, including 1-2 years of scripting experience on the ServiceNow platform
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, with strong client engagement skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in Agile delivery and familiarity with Project Management methodologies
• Ability to create clear, concise documentation for both technical and customer-facing audiences
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the EMEA region and beyond
