We are looking for ServiceNow Technical Consultants who can straddle both business requirements and technology implementations to deliver ServiceNow solutions. The Technical Consultant is responsible for supporting customers in the successful implementation and use of ServiceNow, including configuration, tailoring and coaching to meet their unique business requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor/master's degree in business, computer science or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Relevant work experience within the ServiceNow platform (GRC/IRM, ITOM, HRSD SecOps and/or other topics)
- Experience in consulting external customers
- Knowledge of ITSM and agile ways of working frameworks like DevOps, IT4IT, ITIL
- Technical Skills (Strong) experience in the full life cycle of Software Development, from business requirements analysis to solution design, testing and go-live
