ServiceNow Trainee

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow delivery consultant to join our professional services business. The successful candidate will learn the fundamentals of ServiceNow implementations and development during a three-month program, and will be responsible for delivering current services for customers, enhancing and growing service delivery capabilities, and preparing for future responsibilities as a Junior Technical Consultant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent
• Fluent English speaker and writer with strong communication skills
• Solid theoretical/practical understanding of the project delivery lifecycle and processes
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with all levels of employees
• Strong consultative and analytical skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Solid theoretical commercial awareness and presentation skills
• Broad theoretical knowledge of information technology infrastructure
